Sole Purpose exists to promote the holistic concept of Reflexology and associated therapies and provide students with the confidence, skills and knowledge to become practitioners of integrity and prestige.
What is Sole Purpose all about?
- Sole Purpose guide students in their Personal Development to become Professional Practitioners. Which means that students are better able to develop successful businesses based on a full understanding and appreciation of personal goals.
- We familiarise the student with the importance of the Principle and Practice and Code of Ethics of the Association of Reflexologists and other awarding bodies. This means that practitioners join an association that is already 8,000 strong working for the protection of all students and clients, leading to increased security and confidence.
- Students are provided with theoretical experience in Integral Biology and holistic Anatomy & Physiology. This enables students to go beyond ‘the basics’ and truly understand the possible ‘deeper’ underlying problems of their clients, or those they practice reflexology and other treatments on.
- Students are assessed by a ssignments and coursework as an aid to the final mark. Sole Purpose students have access to tried and test resources (approved by the Governing Body to underpin their knowledge.
- Sole Purpose are committed to providing concentrated student/tutor contact by providing small classes of no more than 10 students. So you can be sure that any individual needs are fully covered.
- We develop an understanding of the knowledge required (using the syllabus and curriculum guidelines) for theoretical and practical examinations. This helps many practitioners who want to specialise in other areas of holistic therapy.
- Our students carry out practical treatments in a simulated clinic environment. Which means you get real ‘hands-on’ experience!
- Students are trained in how to carry out consultations, treatments and care plans through increasing knowledge as well as confidence. So those we treat have feel confident in our ability to make informed decisions and feel positive about our treatment recommendations.
- We provide an insight into Business Practice, management and advertising. This gives practitioners who want a successful business the information they need to make that happen in the best possible way.
- We practice what we teach. We believe to generate an understanding in basic knowledge of other therapies and nutrition guidelines helps us achieve a holistic lifestyle for ourselves and our clients.
